If you enjoy old cars and a bit of military history, this could be a pretty great spot. Old trams, unimogs, fire trucks, old buses and milk vans will make your inner child jump a bit.
The National Transport Museum has a fantastic collection of vintage vehicles, some dating late 1800s. It has a pretty unique set of pieces you won’t find anywhere else in Ireland.
Presentation is a bit old school as the number of exhibits packed in a small space. But you who cares, entry fee is just €5.50 and you get to witness the Irish transport history of about 200 years.
